Single Dad

A single dad with one daughter 5yrs. He is employed by Baptist Medical Center - he has been off work three weeks without pay due to a back injury. He receives housing assistance but has gotten behind on his rent due to his injury.
Needs help with Rent $379.00 of which $25.00 is late fees.
 

When this need was first put up we hoped for a quick response to an emergency need. The present situation is still dire.

 

He was referred to In His Name Ministries by a neighbor.
He attends Greater Galilee in Lawton (this is where he used to live) but is looking for a church here in Oklahoma City. He reads his Bible daily - prays daily. He does listen to the Lord. He told our interviewer a few weeks ago the Lord called him to the ministry. He knew
the Lord was calling him but he wasn't ready to surrender. Our interviewer shared with him his personal experience with God's call and encouraged him to listen to the Holy Spirit. The interviewer prayed with him for this need,
for healing of his back and for direction and guidance as the Lord leads him into the work He has called him to.
