Husband's death then loss of her job is her 'private Hurricane Katrina.'

Widow Expecting Twins

She has two other children, a son age two, and daughter age four. She lost her husband March 2005. Then after a fire destroyed the restaurant where she worked, she lost her job. Being seven months pregnant no one will hire her.

She has applied for assistance with DHS.  This may take awhile, so In His Name Ministries wants to help her.
She is two months behind on the rent of $325.00 per month. The total owed is $650.00 plus a $50.00 late fee.

She was raised a Catholic, but now is very discouraged in her faith because of all the problems she is having. Our interviewer encouraged her not to determine God's love for her based on what she is going through. To remember that God is there for her. He prayed with her for her pregnancy, for this need, for a job and favor from those she contacts.

Her husband died in March.  We know that she needs Christian tangible love not just our advice.
