The Bible calls upon all of us to support one
another and gives particular praise to those who take care of
widows, orphans and the destitute. It is the job of the Church to
lead the way. In His Name Ministries mission is to offer
Christians an outlet for locating and aiding the needy.

CASE 8511dav
Two
Seniors Sick, Struggling Financially
Single man has a friend living with him. His friend has to be on
oxygen. He is currently in the VA Hospital, but when he returns
he will need the oxygen (which runs on electricity).
Their total income is only $717.00 from Social Security.
POVERTY
Some months there is not enough to cover all the essentials,
so as a result the electric bill accumulated and finally was
turned off.
NO ELECTRICITY OR WATER
The water comes from a well, operated by electricity, so there
is no water either.
The man has a list of social agency's numbers but no one has
offered to help.
In His Name would like to get their service
restored. Would you
help us?
A MINISTER
He is Christian, a former minister. He reads the Bible and "prays without ceasing," he said. Our
interviewer prayed with him and encouraged him not to give up.
"God is not done with you." Then he suggested
that the man look for
opportunities to do some one on one ministry as the Lord opens
the door.
