Rent Money Spent on Funeral May Lead to Eviction This family of four faces eviction in a few days. The breadwinner is a checker at a 7-11 Store earning about $1200 per month. They had been just barely scrapping by hoping to eventually earn enough to set up an emergency savings account.
The funeral costs, travel expense and day care for two youngsters while their mother was gone, took money that would have paid the rent. The father is a man of faith.
