Who is Poor and Disabled.

Earlier in a divorce the children went with their mother. Now they have been taken from his wife by the State and placed back with him. As a result he had to buy beds and move into a larger house. The children’s ages - 1, 2, 5, and 8 years old.

 

HEALTH

He fractured his back, now he is disabled trying to get by on $525.00 a month and a food stamp card.   He also has a rent subsidy.

 

FURTHER COMPLICATIONS

He had back surgery which left him in a lot of pain.

CHURCH

He attends a Church of Christ on Grand Blvd, a small congregation. They haven't helped financially. When asked, he said he reads the Bible (at church) and prays daily. Our interviewer prayed with him

·        for favor.

He encouraged him not to get discouraged but continue to trust the Lord. He replied, "I am going to do that."
