She is on Social Security, getting $665.00 per month. She's had two heart attacks and has a pacemaker. She has some dementia.
She needs assistance with a utility bill; she is on a cut off notice.  Joel has worked to reduce a larger bill.

He has contacted many local organizations and churches.
Our interviewer prayed with him for his mother's health, for this need.
