She is raising her grandchildren

Daughter on Drugs

Her mother now has custody of two children.

Children's Grandmother lost her job July 20th because she could not work her current shift when she received custody of the grandchildren. A single woman with one son 17yrs, and now two grandchildren ages seven and two. The 2 yr old has asthma.

Her daughter is on drugs.

  She is still not receiving foster care payments even though she has completed required classes. She does receive food stamps $165.00, and reduced rent housing. She is currently seeking employment.

  She is visiting different churches.
She reads her Bible every day - prays daily. Linda was in a spiritual spiral when she called. Our interviewer began to minister to her and the Lord began to 'speak' to her heart. He said, "At one point she was weeping thinking God had let her down but when we finished she knew that Jesus was Lord and that God has everything under control. She sang for me, 'Great Is Thy Faithfulness'. She has a beautiful voice. I prayed with her for this need, for a job, for salvation and deliverance for her daughter, for her son to be anointed to the ministry, for her personal walk with the Lord and for a church home."
