Needed: Assistance with OG&E $171.01 and ONG $80.98A 71-year old single lady. Electric service turned off.

*UPDATE- ELECTRIC SERVICE AND ONG SERVICE HAS BEEN RESTORED

She receives $1053.00 disability from Social Security. Her rent is $575.00.
She had kidney failure four months ago.

She asked for assistance with an OG&E bill of $177.01  Service was disconnected. ONG $80.98 is due .
She has contacted several other agencies and churches to no avail. She attends a Catholic Church in Moore but hasn't contacted them because of pride. Our interviewer encouraged her to do so. She reads her Bible and prays continuously. He shared with her about pride and how sometimes the Lord is trying to get us to change what we believe. He prayed with her for her health, for these needs and for a closer walk with the Lord. 

Who will come to her rescue?

The Bible contains more than 300 verses on the poor, social justice, and God's deep concern for them.

Lk 6:35 But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. 36 Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful. (NIV)
